SOVREN has a very rational approach to their rules for events like
this--they note the discrepancies between their rules and the rules of
your usual racing organization and tell you about them. You are
allowed to race with the understanding that if you plan to pursue
other SOVREN events in the future you will work towards compliance.
Yup, but it was at the Watkins Glen reenactment, a really nice photo
that Randy DeRuiter shot. I DO plan to license Ambro 001 for the
street, I have several old pictures that show it with a license plate.
I think it will be very cool to have lights and a horn on it. Maybe
even a radio.
You have every reason to be excited, it's going to be a lot of fun.
