Awful news.  Met the man once at Hallet and was greatly impressed.  Had sev=
eral very helpful phone conversations and did a number of pleasant business=
 transactions with him. Extremely knowlegeble and a true gentleman.

Jack=2C along with Joe Alexander=2C are the heart a soul of FOT and our sma=
ll group along with his family and friends have suffered a greivious loss.
