Hey guys I've had one for my racecar for over 20 years...
...and it's still sitting on the shelf getting dusty.

I will second you Henry.
When running an MSD you will actually need 3 units.
One on the car.
One in the spares box.
One back at MSD for repair.
I don't know how they got such a sterling reputation.

I have become a firm believer that MSD stands for Might Suddenly Die,
the
boxes are the cause for countless DNF's, and the only value they add
is to
give you a rev limiter.
The only rev limiter I use is my right foot, but I will admit it
doesn't
work
all that well.
