No, not a guy involved with any actions up North. This guy is from the South
and likely does not travel widely. He will be banned for life from VDCA and
placed on the VMC Suspension list for the ever popular 13 months.
If it is not widely known by ya'll, the VMC list is advisory only for all
clubs. Each organization makes its own decision as to what to do with drivers
listed by others.
