This would pass tech at an SVRA event. I think it is a viable device and
once used a similar idea in a BMC Fomula jr.
However, in that case the car had a faulty rear main seal design (BMC) that
always leaked on the clutch. We put a scavenger tube in the bell housing and
ran it to the exhaust header. It sucked up whatever came out and burned it up
in the exhaust.
I see nothing against the our rules if you vent the valve cover this way,
unless you start smoking so bad that it is a nuisance.
That call is always up to the Chief Steward.
