My new eMagazine is coming along nicely. I've built a lot of pretty handy
technology into the back end that enables me to manage both feature stories
that will be updated monthly and topical news that gets updated whenever. It
has form systems that allow readers to upload photos, articles and video as
well as the ability to have "reporters" file complete stories--ready to go
after editorial approval (that would be me). I've learned and/or relearned a
lot of stuff about programming and building web systems getting this going.
Lots of fun. And it's nice to know that even though I turn 61 in about a week
that I can still learn new things. Too bad though that I forget them by the

My brother Bob is doing a pretty cool thing with YouTube--building
compilations of excellent videos. Click the play button on the "Bob's Featured
Videos" section to see how that works.
I'm thinking about launching a similar magazine for vintage racing. Maybe a
really technical one. Now that I've got the template built it's pretty easy to
do one for anything.
