Hi Gary, and welcome to the vintage racing world!
To follow the great suggestions from Bill and Bob, I would like to add a
few other essentials:
A good tire pressure gauge
Proper load-rated straps/tire bonnets for towing
A good torque wrench for wheel tightening (and other work)
A portable compressor and/or air tank for adjusting tire pressures
A way to tell how much gas is in your fuel cell (we use a wooden yardstick)
A trouble light (there are some good fluorescent rechargeables now)
Good luck, and I hope we will get to see you on the track next year!
Susan :)

Subject: [Fot] Recommendations Needed
I am looking for most items needed to get into the Vintage Racing Scene.
i.e. Suit, shoes, gloves, underwear, fuel jugs, etc. Any help or
recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I have a helmet.
Cheers & Merry Christmas to all,
