[Fot] New frame for Peyote

The new frame is done. Took forever, but it's nice work. A local guy in
Vancouver, Washington did the work for me. Now I've got to hand sand it all
and paint it. I've decided on rattlecan--it's easy to make it pretty again
when you have to do something. Powdercoat is a pain in the neck.
