What about a limited aerial device that knocks "out the air" from a fire
followed up immediately by a quenching water (or some such) drop to prevent
re-ignition...
granted the pressure wave can destroy as well but, in areas that are
inaccessable ....who cares. The animals likely have already scampered away.
