yeah, I would have to go with Mike here. To say that an SCCA car is not
eligible opens up a hole can of worms. The guys from England ran some pretty
radical stuff. I am not saying I want to run against a whole bunch of wild
cars, but
they could get their own class or group.
You could play the SVRA does not allow it card, but I race with SVRA and see
fiberglass doors on 911s and all kind of stuff. Don't mean to be a rabble
rouser, but a standard no here might need to be given a second look.
And, I am speaking as a competitor, not as a sponsor. I got involved to help
out the club, not to flood the Glen with Triumphs and amass a fortune.
