[Fot] What oil for the stock rear shocks

Any suggestions as to what oil to use in the stock rear shocks in a TR6 for
autox and race but no street use.  I was going to use motorcycle fork oil
but I wasn't sure what weight.  I see Kas says to use #40 racing oil but I'm
not exactly sure what that is.
