Well, as it is a small mouth 3, I did consider it for at least a few
seconds. Someday I'll restore one for my Dad, who had one when he dated
Mom.

Cool memory. Small-mouth cars are still out there, hopefully some
better than the Craigslist car!

Andy, your daughter is *driving*? Man I'm old.

Hey, that's what I keep saying to myself. Yep, the little five-week-old
at the first VTR National in Albany, NY, is 18 this week, graduating
from high school and headed off to college this fall!

I might have a decent green GT6 MK III for Ian when the time comes.
Just
need to pry the top off :-)

Geez, there are times when I still miss that ratty but mostly
dead-reliable GT6! And now that you mention it, both Sarah and Ian are
fond of green Triumphs (of which I have a surfeit)...along with almost
any other color of Triumphs. Heck, Sarah keeps saying that one of these
summers, she and I ought to dust off the old Hardly Boys RaceSpit 4 and
go autocrossing. Could happen....

*Mrs Irrelevant: Oh, is it a jet?
*Man: Well, no ... It's not so much of a jet, it's more your, er,
Triumph Herald engine with wings.
