I agree with buying from Ted,
The problems I've seen with the other starters is that they are reconditioned 
instead of brand new.  No rebuilder bothers to replace the fixed contacts so 
after a bit of wear the big disc doesn't reliably close the contacts to spin 
the starter.  Spend the extra for one you know is new!  IMHO...Steve
