Actually Ivor bueb, nicknamed "Ivor the Driver",
I think this is one of the Standard Triumph  PR films narrated by the late
Raymond Baxter, whose mellifluous voice graced many similar documentaries over
the years.
I have VHS copies of several, so I think they are still available.
