I have a set of 3/4" spacers that were on Jack Wheeler's car when I got
it.  They're made up of a 1/2" and a 1/4" that are drilled and tapped
with 3 allen head bolts holding them together.  No risk of movement but
they could be separated if necessary.  Don

Actually I can stack spacers now, but I don't like that much. Not  
that I think I'm going to gain strength of something by having a  
single custom sized spacer, but it looks kind of bush league to me  
and it's pretty easy to get something cocked or some junk in between  
them.
