Hi Jack,
According to my local dealer here the "Power 110" from Koch refining will  
still be chock-full of good old tetraethyl lead with no plans to change.   The 
story is that 76 will no longer be blending a leaded racing fuel.
Not sure how accurate this is but that's what I'm told here in the frozen  
Minnesota tundra.
