Have you checked your studs and the corresponding threads in the block
carefully? Blocks wear out in a couple of ways, in particular cracks develop
and threads deteriorate leading to wobbly studs. The cracks are not obvious
so look close with a light and a magnifying glass. I've found it is best to
check this wobble at the point right before the studs get hand tight while
threading. If it is the threads they can be rejuvenated. There is a product
called Timeserts that are a bushing that do a little better job than a
Heli-coil. Helicoils are reported to work as well. If you have multiple
cracks around the studs its time for a new block.
