In febuary my" fuel safe" fuel cell will be 9 years old.  Is it time to
replace the bladder? It has been full of fuel scence i bought it . I have had
enough DNF's with out adding this  potential  faliure to the list. What do i
need to inspect and look for?               thanks for the help.        rob
