Chuck, The 165 at the rear wheels in the original configuration seems a little low to me given your CR. I know you have put a lot of effort into it, but I would think you should be pulling another 10 hp. I dunno, I'm probably wrong, but I'm not far from that with my 10.5:1 donk.
