Friends:
Just a quick report from Lime Rock after the Feature Races this
afternoon. The Group 3
Race saw Dave Spiwak on the pole in his TR3 with Bill Dentiger in his similar
car around mid-pack.
Both drove very well and with their usual enthusiasm. Dave won the race in a
hard fought duel with
an Alfa of some sort. He led the whole 15 laps. Bill took on an Elva
Courrier and a Bugeye. He and the Bugeye fought it out pretty well but Bill
led him across at the end. In all, two nice performances from the TR3
contingent.
In Group 2 yrs trly had the pole and managed to lead the pack around to
the checker fifteen laps later. It was
good fun.
