Back in '97 when Pugs and I actually got the Killer Spit up and running, we
used synthetic brake fluid. Worked fine for autocross runs. A few years
later when Killer started pulling road race duty, I had 16 - 17 minutes
worth of so-so brakes. Our race sessions, however, were 20 minutes long.
Now (like I've raced recently!) I run the Valvoline 'sort of synthetic' fluid,
both its wet and dry boiling points are about 50 - 75 degrees higher than
the Castrol LMA, as I recall.
