Bob,
I have the Group 44 repro 6-3-2 headers which may or may not be the same as
your Falcon. My headers fitted easily, except #1 and #6 also fouled the
Cannon
Weber manifold. It is far better to take the BFH to the headers than the
frail
Cannon casting.
My stainless headers are jet-hot coated, and the BFH and a chisel could not
make a scratch in the headers (though it will chip the jet-hot coating), so
I used
a hydraulic press to make the necessary indentation in the headers. The
crease
that I inserted is only about 1/4" deep, and is not visible once the two
manifolds
are mated.
