Pain in the butt, huh.
Last year I said there was no way I was going to help out with the Columbia
River Classic again--way too much work. Somehow I find myself in the thick
again.
One of our partners this year is Wicked Quick, an apparel company that does
some really cool stuff. Their web site doesn't do justice to the finished
product. They're doing all the retail apparel for the CRC. Columbia
Sportswear is donating the drivers and staff shirts. Thought you might like
to see the Wicked Quick stuff since you've been in T-shirt land for awhile.

Subject: [FOT] FOT T-Shirt Drive Finally Over!!
Hi everyone!
Whew! I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who bought FOT shirts and
those great folks who gave of their time, efforts and talents to make
the shirts happen!!! About 160 shirts were distributed, and it seems
everyone is very pleased. I am glad to finally wash my hands of this
long-term project, but maybe by the 20th anniversary I could be
persuaded to do it again. ;)
I am close enough to the end of this thing that I have written a check
for $400 to Joe A. for the profits, to go into the FOT coffers for the
next appropriate FOT expenditures! For a non-organization with no dues
and no regulations, we are doing pretty well.
Thanks again, and enjoy your shirts!
Keep Triumphing,
Susan :)
