[FOT] tr3 alternator/negative ground

fot, what's the advice on changing a tr3 vintage racer to an alternator and 
positive gnd?
e.g. do you stay with the fat belt, what do you do for a mtg bracket, what do 
you have to change other than the cables to the battery terminals? thanks for 
any advice. ken m
