Rear brake shoe

I just finished removing the rear end out of the TR3 racer. I'm sending it
off to Southwick early next week for the upgraded axles. Since everything is
apart I might as well put new brake shoes on. What recommendations do you
have on shoes (what the latest and greatest product that everyone is
running)? The drums are Alfin if it matters.
