I had one in my old TR3 racecar (now Mark York's) that I occasionally drove
on the street. When I tromped on it at low revs, nothing happened until
about 3000 RPM, then it would snap your neck back. You had to be careful to
not let your revs drop.
Overall, I much prefer my stock TR3 for street use. Although it was fun to
"test" the racecar on the street!
