Jumping out of 3rd

Henry, years ago there was a 2 piece kit available in Britain that just about
eliminated the broken top hat routine & jumping out of third. A call to Pete
Cox
revealed that the kit is still made & that they have found that cars without
the
kit had damaged the inside splines on the 3-4 syncro. It appears that the
outer
shift ring is also still being made,so I ordered a set for our car. I will let
you know
how they work out.
