Motor Mount

I've got a broken motor mount on Peyote. I sure don't think much if how the
stock ones are made--the rubber looks like it was only adhering to a few
spots on the plate. For that matter I wouldn't mind something better
engineered--with the rubber always in compression instead of shear. Does
anyone know of a better one?
