misfire left hand curves

Once upon a stupid time I had a mysterious
missfire on right hand corners.  Battery
hold down was loose and the + terminal
found a spot of bare steel to attempt
welding itself to.  Another instance of
blaming the carbs for a somethin' that
was just not their fault.
