I might have to change my recommendations as I agree that the new stuff has a very short life expectancy. It is difficult to explain to customers who have spent a lot of money having me restore their car and then have to tell them that a lot of the new stuff, especially rubber items, will not last long. I have had suspension bushing rot in less than two years on some cars. That is less than 10,000 miles. New stuff sucks and the dealers, Moss, Vic. Brit, etc. had better get their butts in gear and fix the problems. Barry |
