At Road Atlanta's Walter Mitty, there was considerable confusion regarding 
pace cars and flags. The rules vary from Org to Org, unfortunately, and it is 
hard to make decisions in the heat of the moment, even if you have read all of 
the forms and documents and attended the driver's meetings.

Not always the driver's fault, methinks.  I suggest that when multiple 
drivers get called in for the same infraction, there is a communication problem 
that 
exists outside of the driver's realm.

I saw 14 guys get called in on a yellow flag violation at the same corner. 
Huh!?
