I agree. When ever I set valves, I start with the rule of nine or 13 if a six cylinder. Then as I am rotating the engine, I will check #1 intake when #1 exhaust is open. This is done all the way down the line. The final adjustment is done where ever the valve is the loosest. It is like adjusting the valves twice. And it is the same on stock cams as well as performance cams. Barry |
