Hard to say if there's any horsepower increase since I don't have a dyno and
I'm changing too many things at once to ever be sure. In combination with
Ken Gillander's new cam I can say that the engine is quite a bit toastier
than before. How's that for technical verification.

On the site it says it is being developed for marine applications, though I
can see some tractor pullers possibly using them to their advantage. Still
though that guy has quite a history (read his history/bio)
Also Bill have you noticed any performance increases with the ceramic
lifters? I realize if there are any they're going to be very marginal at
best.
Also another fyi on cermanic lifters from what I've read the very powerful
MGB motors that I know of are using them (180+hp) so they seem to work well
(and hold up) in very powerful versions of that/this style of engines.
