I would pump up the brakes until you get your drag and then open a
caliper bleeder. If it does not free up, then the caliper is at fault. If it
releases, then pump up again and break the flex line loose where it joins
the steel line. If it does not release, it is your flex lines. If it
releases, keep repeating until you reach your master cylinder. Break the
line loose at the cylinder and if it releases, it is your master cylinder.
Most likely, it will be the pushrod adjustment. Pump them up again and just
loosen the nut holding the master cylinder to the booster and let it slip
back a bit. If they release, then the push rod needs adjusting. Barry
