Thanks for the lifter info on this thread.  Really good news that Gasket 
Works will be offering dependable lifters.  Hope it is sooner rather than later.

Now if there is a solution to obtaining rod and main bearings that are 
quality, these problem parts can be obtained w/o heartburn.
