I bought a Salisbury through Ken Gillander at BFE 4 years ago.  I
recall paying around 900 pounds.  Ken put it in his luggage so the
freight was pretty cheap.  Total cost was around $1300.

Since then, current US management has tanked the $US, so I would expect
to pay $1800 plus.  Air freight would be $200-$300.
