I am looking at a couple diesel options for a tow/track support vehicle and
wanted to enquire as to the relative merits of Chevy v. Ford.

This would not be a new vehicle but an early to mid 90's. Looking at
vehicles like a Ford Diesel 350 or a Chevrolet K3500. Would be used for
towing both open and closed trailers. Load would be cars like either my
'88 944, '58 TR-3, Formula 500 or my son's kart.

Obviously either motor should be able to pull that type of load so I guess
I am really looking at reliability and maintenance issues on these motors
with mileage between 60k and 150k.

Thanks!
