Just a Reminder as the weekend draws closer..
DON'T FORGET VARACS LABOR DAY SPRINTS
The VARAC/CRDA Labor Day Sprints, September 4 & 5 will have grids for
Vintage/Historic Open wheel, Vintage/Historic Closed wheel and G70+
cars*.
Saturday has practice, qualifying and a race - Sunday, warm-up and 2
races---2+ hours of track time for each competitor. Entry is $325 CDN,
which at today's exchange is under $250.00USD. Payment is made at the
track in cash or cheque.
Lots of track time at a really favorable CDN$ exchange rate, a big wine
and cheese party after racing on Saturday, usual track BBQ Saturday and
best of all - the chance to drive one of the top 10 race tracks in the
world.
Border crossing is really simple ? over 100 US competitors at our recent
Festival all told us how easy it really was - to their surprise.

Reminder: CRDA always hosts a ride for needy kids over the weekend
during lunch, so if you have a passenger set (or can bolt
one in) please consider volunteering. The kids get treated to lunch as
well!
