Torque plate

Loading and stressing the engine block by mimicking the bolt clamping forces 
prior to final sizing of the cylinder bores seems obvious to me.  I suppose it 
depends on how anal you want to be about building a motor - I have one and use 
it.  

If some wants to get a torque plate I have a few options for you.  Email me off 
line and I can "hone" you in.
