Gee, so many similar acronyms. Just pulled the latest issue of "The
Vintage Triumph" out of the PO box, which reminded me I should start
planning for the 2004 convention. Too bad the Triumph event at VIR
isn't the weekend before or after, I don't think I have the time and
money for two trips back there in one summer.
But Karen and I are planning on being at the VTR convention, flying in
no doubt. Trips to the Wendover IVR events in the old van are not bad,
but hauling across the country to Virginia would be unwise. We'll see
what the situation is for the 2005 convention, a bit closer.
And since I plan to fly in I won't have a Triumph of my own, so be warned,
I'll be looking to mooch a ride for the autocross. Hmmm, the last time I
drove someone else's car I think it was the Portland, Maine convention.
