Just for your additional info, Jack Woehrle (SVRA Staff) sent me the
following E-mail:
<<< A car with a hard top is exempt from the 2" rule if the bar is already
up against the inside of the top. Obviously your cannot make it any taller. If
the driver is that tall, lowering the seat is an option. Otherwise, que sera
