My old 3 had stock brakes except for pads. cooked them
at Blackhawk only, never at R/A or MAR. I was surprised
how good they were. I hardly ever got outbraked by anything
and routinely outbraked C and D Sports Racers which
should not have been happening.
The larger caliper piston area of brand X caliper may require
a different size master to keep the pedal off the floor. Or it
may be just ducky with light effort and "travel modulation"
instead of "pressure modulation". Let us know how they
work out.
