Denise drove a TR3 in the American International Rally in 1961 (?) with
Eleanor Halmi and I think won the Coupe des Dames. No other Triumph
competition as far as I know.
I don't think Dorothy ever drove herself but Cal Sales certainly sponsored a
team.

Simon,
Denise McCluggage is the Grand Marshall at the Gold Cup next June at ViR. She
must have driven a Triumph at one time or another.
Donna Mae Mims reportedly drove a TR3A during at least one season.
Dorothy Deen of Cal Sales may have driven a TR, in some form of competition,
but someone else would know better than me.
Interesting thread...keep it going...perhaps you could put together a short
article for ViR's Julie Allen.
