I've looked at that type of item before, but think about it. A
5 lb. fire bottle, in a rapid deceleration from 70 mph... I don't
want to hurt my head with the physics, but it is going to be a
dangerous projectile traveling at enough velocity to do a lot
of damage to anything in it's way. What I am thinking about is more
like a cage that would sit flat on the floor with a hinged cover
that would allow me to get at it quickly in an emergency. The cage
would also be fastened to the floor.

What about this item, it is already designed and only costs $60?
