Try any shop that caters to aging hippies !  Black lights were immensely
popular in the 60s ... Spencer Gifts here in the US has a branch in almost
every city and carries an wide assortment of black lights.

But don't bother with the incandescent ones (if you happen to find them).
They put out so little UV compared to the amount of heat and visible light
that they're pretty much worthless.  The fluorescent ones (which typically
fit standard fluorescent fixtures) work much better.  And of course with
fluorescent bulbs, it's the fixture that determines the supply voltage, the
bulbs are the same.

Rock collector shops are also likely to supply black lights, although they
tend to be significantly more expensive.
