For a while, one of the incarnations of Moss Europe was offerring
this stuff - I think while it was called "M&G". I remember it
being announced in their newsletter and thinking I should get
a set for whenever I get around to doing the replacement.

I didn't, but they might still have it. (For that matter, if
it's available, there's a chance that TRF has it.)
