Joe, it almost certainly did not come from your computer. Looking at the
header, it likely came from someone on Prodigy, not Adelphia.
Someone else has your name in their address book, or even just an email from
you in one of their folders, and the virus hijacked it.
Not much we can do, except warn everyone that uses Prodigy that they should
probably scan their computers.
