I don't know about Triumph paint, but there is definitely one vital go-fast
Triumph part on the average GT40, that being the very same engine cover side
latches as used on Spitfires, GT6s, Heralds and such! Sadly, Ford seems to
have omitted this part on the "new" version. ;-)
