If it uses addresses of incoming and outcoming emails, does it help to
minimize the infestation by deleting emails?
No, it uses Outlook's address book. Most folks have it set to the default,
which is to extract and save any email addresses auutomatically. So people
who use that worthless piece of virus propagation garbage have already added
your address, my address and any other address of anyone who's sent you
mail to the virus target list. Deleteing message swill have no effect on
the automatic propagation. Not running Outlook, or at least turning
off the automatic address book inclusion will slow it down somewhat.
