There are numerous other package companies besides UPS and USPS. DHL tends
to be more reasonable for heavy or bulky items, Airborne express, and we
use some Brand X carriers for shipments to Hawaii. Your big problem is
that you're in the middle of the country. By boat is the cheapest way.
